	Here is a copy of the proposal we plan to submit for support of
our research aimed at computer aided mechanical drawing.  As you will
remember, we discussed testing the idea that a keyboard is the best
input device for mechanical drawing, and the idea that objects should
be described three-dimensionally.  You will see some other ideas of
Bruce Baumgart's in the proposal.
